How and when you receive it
- Delivery is immediate once your payment is confirmed — normally within a few minutes.
- A download link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
- The same link also appears on the order confirmation page shown right after payment.
Download terms
- The link allows up to 3 downloads
- It remains valid for 30 days from purchase
- File size is approximately 373 KB, so it downloads quickly even on mobile data

- Confirm the email address you entered at checkout was correct
- Wait 15 minutes, as email can occasionally be delayed
