Digital product — please read before buying
The AI Prompt Handbook is a downloadable digital product. Once the file has been delivered and downloaded, it cannot be returned in the way a physical item can.
Our refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will issue a full refund in these situations:
The file did not reach you. Your payment succeeded but no download link arrived, and we could not resolve it.
The file is faulty. The PDF is corrupted, will not open, or is missing pages, and we cannot supply a working replacement.
Duplicate payment. You were charged twice for the same order.
Wrong product. You received something other than what you ordered.
When we cannot offer a refund
You have downloaded and read the book and simply changed your mind
You expected different content, where the product page accurately described what is included
The AI tool you use produced results you were unhappy with — the handbook is educational material and cannot guarantee outcomes
How to request a refund
Email singhsukhwinder519@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with:
The email address used at checkout
Your Razorpay payment ID or order number
A short description of the problem
We respond to every request within 2 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to credit the amount. Your download access is cancelled when a refund is issued.
Cancellation
Because delivery is immediate and automatic, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. If you paid by mistake, contact us straight away and we will treat it as a refund request.
